PARTS WORK<br>Write letters to different parts of yourself. Explore your inner conflicts. Enact moments of your past and &quot;redo&quot; key moments. (My work is more informed by gestalt, voice-dialogue, and play-back theatre. We spend very little time doing IFS.)<br><br>MOVEMENT THERAPY<br>Our bodies hold stories, I am here to co-create a space where your body can lead, your mind can witness, and your stories can finally expressed. Drawing upon Authentic Movement, Gestalt, Laban, and the work of Gabrielle Roth.<br><br>ART THERAPY<br>Sometimes Art is the gentlest and most direct way to access the unconscious. Together, we will use drawing and writing practices to make discoveries about your troubles that neither of us expected. Mini-Sessions

Try a mini-session!<br><br>This is an audio call where we chat on the phone and you talk about your troubles. I share my ideas, assessments, and help you in a more dialogue-centered manner than usual. <br><br>30 minute calls while I am driving, walking, cleaning, transitioning from place to place. There will be interruptions, but I am 100% invested.<br><br>You are taking notes, not me.

Relational Work- Personal Work

Sometimes we&#39;re in relationship challenges and sometimes we&#39;re in relationship hell.<br><br>In these sessions we do personal work within the relational context.<br> <br>Am I making requests? Am I setting boundaries? Am I communicating clearly? What are my needs? What are my non-negotiables? What stops me from following through? How do I take ownership of what&#39;s mine and let the other take ownership of what&#39;s theirs?<br><br>These are all these we explore. Relational Work - Two Participants - 110 Minutes
